Application Process

• Applications required for all applicants 18 years of age and older
• Applications can be submitted in person or online

• Submit a copy of a valid photo ID. Drivers license or Passport

• Submit income verification with your application 
         (copy of most recent paycheck stubs or offer letter)

• Application fee of $30.00 per application
  *Incomplete applications will not be processed

Leasing Requirements:

• Positive credit report 

• Positive rental or mortgage history

• Gross monthly income requirement – Greater than 2 times the monthly rent

• Security Deposit amount may vary based on application results 

• Pet deposits may apply
• Rental Insurance Required

*Security Deposit and First Months rent must be paid by guaranteed funds only (cashier's check or money order)
